What are the changes to the EVR system and how do I prepare myself for them?

Effective Nov. 18, 2024, every EVR transaction through a SC licensed dealer will go through a QA check prior to the SC DMV receiving the transaction. This will include comparing the electronic data to the information on the paperwork and ensuring the correct paperwork has been used and signed correctly.
